Het Quality Control (QC) laboratorium is onderdeel van de CMC-afdeling (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control) en is gevestigd in Assen. Het QC-laboratorium analyseert verschillende soorten nieuwe medicatie voordat deze wordt gebruikt in klinisch geneesmiddelenonderzoek.
Het QC-laboratorium ondersteunt bij de ontwikkeling van geneesmiddelformuleringen, het opzetten en valideren van nieuwe analysemethoden en het analyseren van nieuwe medicatie voordat deze bij mensen wordt toegediend.
We hebben een mooie kans voor een Lab Analist I om ons QC-laboratorium in Assen te komen versterken.
Wat ga je doen?
- Uitvoeren van Quality Control-analyses op nieuwe medicatie bedoeld voor humane toediening in klinisch geneesmiddelenonderzoek. De vrijgifte van nieuwe medicatie hangt mede af van de data die door het QC-laboratorium worden gegenereerd.
- Je voert diverse analysetechnieken uit in een GMP-omgeving, waaronder: HPLC/UPLC-analyse Endotoxinebepalingen Osmolaliteit Deeltjesanalyse Dichtheid pH Dissolutie Disintegratie Watergehalte (Karl Fischer) Compendiale testen volgens internationale standaarden
- Interpreteren en verwerken van data, rapporteren van resultaten en het goedkeuren of afkeuren van analyses.
- Zelfstandig plannen van analyses binnen projecten.
- Zelfstandig uitvoeren van analyses als onderdeel van een projectteam.
- Uitvoeren van datareviews voor kwaliteitscontrole.
- Bijdragen aan onderzoek wanneer analyses onverwachte resultaten laten zien.
- Je start met een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
Wat breng je mee?
- Kennis van laboratoriumprocessen. Kennis van GMP is een pré.
- Een afgeronde MBO-4- of HBO-laboratoriumopleiding.
- Je kunt zelfstandig analyses uitvoeren.
- Je hebt een goed probleemoplossend vermogen en werkt nauwkeurig en flexibel.
- Je bent 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar.
