We are currently recruiting for an International Market Manager vacancy. Due to the nature and locations of the stakeholders, it will involve working outside of a normal 9-5.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The International Market Manager will take responsibility for international (EMEA and APAC) market development for the designated Global Services products (Equipment Service & Instrument Management Services business units). Collaborating with various global stakeholders, (Product Management, regional and country-specific commercial and sales managers, marketing communications, regulatory) the principal responsibilities will include providing the product management regional, country-specific market requirements, establishing and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders within the industry, and developing the portfolio positioning that directs local county-execution (product launches, regional promotions, digital support). At this level, the market manager may also be viewed as the subject matter expert for the areas and products supported.
Responsible for gathering regional feedback & development of portfolio strategies and product roadmaps in collaboration with the local Product Management team. Plans for designated country markets and in support of product management plans and strategies for profitable growth across EMEA and APAC.

- Identifying and analyzing country-specific regional Voice of Customer to address market needs. Collaborates with Product Management team members to ensure market requirements are included in new product development.
- Develops global launch packages for commercialization of new products and services.
- Maintains a broad understanding of standards, associated guidelines, and registration requirements for designated products.
- Collaborates with global Product Management team members to prioritize translation requirements and track ROI for each initiative.
- Analyzes competitive climate, local market practices, and provides support to international sales managers and commercial marketing to successfully positioning designated products.
- Collaborates with global Marketing Communications team members to recommend traditional and digital marketing strategies and tactics. This includes international inputs and deployment of launch packages and technical bulletins
- Identifies and determines engaging content for international website that attracts and converts target Customers.
- Provides regional or global KOL relationship management and support. Identifies and/or works with sales leadership to identify KOL’s, establishes, and maintains KOL relationships through regular communication, KOL forums, feedback/opinion sessions, etc.
- Supports commercial leaders to develop sales enablement tools and provide training and support to regional commercial teams to ensure successful product and service adoption
- Supports distributor and channel partner development through training, commercial support, launch planning and portfolio education.
Education Degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business
Required Experience
- 5 – 7 years of experience working in a market-based role of which 2 years is experience with international markets.
- Market experience with medical capital equipment is strongly desired.
- Must be available to travel domestically and internationally up to 20 – 25%.
- Must have excellent project management skills and have the ability to manage multiple, complex, high priority situations at once.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Must have experience working with complex products, marketing channels, and strategies.
- Must have excellent oral communication skills and be able to effectively interact with sales, dealers, service, and Customers in markets outside of N.A.
- Must have excellent written communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- MBA in Marketing is highly desirable.
