Key Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and support advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Execute manufacturing operations that transform raw materials into intermediate and final patient-ready products.
- Generate, complete, and maintain GMP-compliant manufacturing documentation, including:
- Batch records
- Logbooks
- Labels
- Check sheets
- Protocols
- Change controls
- Quality Tracking System (QTS) records
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all production documentation.
- Perform equipment operation, routine maintenance, operator care, and basic troubleshooting activities.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Support the operation and housekeeping of classified manufacturing environments.
- Collect, analyze, and report operational performance metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, quality, and compliance.
- Adhere to GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree with 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment (GMP, ISO, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food manufacturing, or similar)
OR
Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or technical field.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment-related issues.
Valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 55 pounds as needed.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, respirators, protective suits, and facility uniforms.

Additional Information
- Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m overtime as needed
- Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Groton, CT are encouraged to apply.
