Overview
The Global Pricing Manager will use advanced analytics and commercial insights to shape global pricing strategy, improve price realization and margin, and build scalable decision tools across products, customers, channels, and regions.
The ideal candidate combines strategic pricing expertise with strong business analytics, data science, and data management capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead pricing strategy and analytics across price architecture, segmentation, annual price actions, discounting, and margin optimization.
- Build business cases and models that quantify revenue, volume, mix, elasticity, and profitability trade-offs.
- Analyze customer, product, channel, regional, and market data to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
- Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for senior business leaders.
Analytics, Data & Technology
- Build pricing models, dashboards, and KPIs covering price-volume-mix, price waterfalls, leakage, elasticity, segmentation, and customer profitability.
- Develop scalable data models and curated datasets in partnership with data engineering and IT.
- Strengthen pricing data quality, governance, definitions, and accessibility.
- Apply statistical, machine-learning, AI, and automation techniques to improve pricing decisions and execution.
Stakeholder Leadership
- Partner with Pricing, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and IT to frame business questions and implement data-driven solutions.
- Influence cross-functional decisions through analytical rigor, commercial judgment, and concise executive communication.
- Create reusable tools and methodologies that raise analytical capability across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required with a focus in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in strategic pricing, pricing analytics, revenue management, commercial analytics, or data science required
- Advanced SQL and Advanced Excel skills required in addition to Python or R, and Power BI or Tableau. Experience with large datasets, analytical modeling, data modeling, data pipelines, statistical methods, machine learning, and AI-enabled analytics required.
- Demonstrated success using analytics to influence price setting, segmentation, discounting, portfolio decisions, or margin improvement.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen across revenue, margin, volume, mix, and customer profitability required
- Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, actionable insights, and executive recommendations required
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills required

- Pricing opportunities identified and captured through rigorous analytics.
- Greater adoption of scalable pricing data, models, dashboards, and decision tools.
