Arcadis are seeking Maintenance Planner for coordinating and managing the scheduling of facilities and resources to support operational effectiveness in an organisation. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient use of space and resources. 12-month contract initially. Pharmaceutical client in Ringaskiddy.
Responsibilities:
- Use SAP modules to manage scheduling, resource allocation, and maintenance tracking
- Develop, maintain, and update scheduling plans for facility usage through SAP, ensuring maximum efficiency and compliance with organizational policies
- Work closely with department heads and project managers to understand facility requirements and schedule usage accordingly
- Analyze data from SAP to monitor facility utilization trends, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improved efficiency
- Coordinate maintenance schedules through SAP, ensuring that all facilities are compliant with safety regulations and operational requirements
- Address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly, utilizing SAP tools to facilitate quick problem-solving
- Maintain accurate records of all scheduling, maintenance, and resource allocation activities within SAP
- Provide training and support for staff on facility scheduling processes and SAP usage
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in scheduling, planning, or facilities management
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
