Quality & Training Administrator
Join our team providing key administrative support across Quality and Training, helping to keep our people, processes and records organised, compliant and audit ready. You’ll work with colleagues across the business, coordinate training activities and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Generating data and metrics for PQS and training KPIs
- Provide administration support to departmental managers with the maintenance and update of training matrices, training plans, training records, training materials and learning resources
- Coordinating training sessions and re-qualification activities
- Administration of the company archive system, including but not limited to archiving GxP documents, recording all archive transactions and liaising with the third-party archive site
- Assisting with new starters, leavers and change of role administration activities
- Assisting with documentation control, including controlled copies and customer copies
- Assisting with Good Documentation Practice reviews
- Strictly follow, promote, and enforce relevant procedural documents, and Company policies and procedures.
- Assist with the preparation for regulatory inspections and customer audits
- To identify opportunities and propose measures for continuous improvement
You’ll bring
- Experience of working in a similar administration role
- Experience working in pharmaceuticals or similar regulated industry is advantageous
- Ability to work methodically and to accurately process information
- Good communication skills and confident dealing with employees at all levels
- English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-B (or equivalent)
- Experience operating with all Microsoft Office software
