About this Opportunity
As QC Chemist you will be part of the QC team ensuring all finished products are analysed in accordance with cGxP.
This is a shift role:
Week 1: 7am – 3pm
Week 2: 3pm – 11pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform testing of raw materials, packaging, finished products and stability samples in a timely and accurate manner, with a particular focus on Finished Products.
- Support day-to-day Quality Control laboratory operations and associated activities.
- Prepare and review laboratory records as required.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, company procedures, SOPs, regulatory, safety and environmental requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance laboratory processes.
- Support internal, customer and regulatory inspections and audits.
- Participate in laboratory investigations, including deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results and incidents.
- Prepare, review and maintain controlled documentation in document management system.
- Comply with site Health & Safety policies, procedures and reporting requirements, including identifying and reporting hazards or defects.
About you
- Qualified to a minimum of honours degree level in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical science or related discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years experience in HPLC testing in a Quality Control lab
- Experience in GMP pharmaceutical environment
