Engineering Operations Coordinator
Location: Romford
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

What you will do:
The role holder will be responsible for assisting the Engineering team, and ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Your key responsibilities include:
- PPM schedule spreadsheet & timetable, ensure compliance to timetable.
- ARP planning and scheduling
- Investigate out of specification / out of trend readings.
- Raise QAP-0048 deviations, attend IPN clinic where necessary.
- Assist to create annual PPM schedule and logbooks
- Raise purchase orders as required
- Organise and facilitate if required contractor attendance for breakdown and routine visits
About you
You are a highly organised and solutions-focused individual with a keen interest in engineering operations and process improvement. You will be confident coordinating day-to-day operational activities, supporting engineering teams, maintaining accurate records, tracking schedules and resources, and helping ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Basic skills and qualifcations:- GCSE Maths and English at grades 4-9, or equivalent.
- Experience working in an engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, GMP or regulated operational environment.
- Awareness of HSSE requirements,
- GMP expectations, Data Integrity, SOPs, logbooks, deviations and site compliance procedures.
