When & where:
- Shift Requirements: Full-time, standard business hours
- Location: On-site in Tarrytown, NY
- Flexibility & travel: Minimal to no travel; on-site presence required to support lab operations and analytical testing
What you'll do:
- Perform hands-on analytical testing, method development, and characterization of bioconjugates and critical intermediate raw materials
- Analyze and present key data clearly to enable timely, data-driven decisions across a broad audience
- Partner with internal and external analytical groups to execute, establish, and transfer fit-for-purpose analytical methods
- Communicate plans and results within cross-functional teams to enable program success
- Capture and document data in ELN entries in a timely manner to support program timelines
- Help build business workflows to standardize sample and data management
- Maintain compliance with lab and environmental safety requirements and promote a safe lab environment
- Support equipment upkeep, maintain an organized workspace, and proactively plan for lab resources
- Help troubleshoot equipment and schedule with vendor service engineers

Must-haves:
- B.S. in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or a related field, with 0-1 year of relevant laboratory experience (academic or industry); hands-on wet lab experience required
- Fundamental knowledge of synthetic molecules (e.g., small molecules, PEG, peptides, and/or oligos) and/or protein analytical techniques
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to present data clearly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams, with strong attention to detail and documentation practices
- Demonstrated initiative, learning agility, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced environment
Preferred / nice-to-haves:
- Experience with analytical characterization tools such as electrophoresis, HPLC separation, and UV spectroscopy
- Knowledge or experience working with biological therapeutics, bioconjugates, or related modalities
