This is a weekend-only role, giving you Monday to Thursday completely free every week.
As a skilled CNC Machinist, you'll receive full paid training before moving into your weekend shift pattern. Training is completed Monday to Friday and typically lasts 2–12 weeks, depending on the role and your experience. We offer flexibility by allowing you to choose the training shift pattern that works best for you:
- Earlies: 5:30am–2:00pm Monday–Thursday, 5:30am–11:00am Friday
- Lates: 1:45pm–10:15pm Monday–Thursday, 10:45am–4:15pm Friday
- Days: 8:30am–5:00pm Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–4:30pm Friday
- Nights: 10:00pm–5:45am Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–8:50pm Friday
Training Shift Patterns available:
- Earlies - 5.30am - 2:00pm Monday to Thursday, 5:30am - 11:00am on Friday
- Lates - 1:45pm - 10:15pm Monday to Thursday, 10:45am - 4:15pm on Friday

As a Manufacturing CNC Machinist, you will:
- Set up and operate CNC machines across multiple processes
- Carry out in-process quality checks to ensure right-first-time production
- Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain a safe, organised workspace
- Identify and report faults, risks, and non-conforming parts
- Work to production schedules to meet delivery targets
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with SOPs
- Support and guide team members where needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor tooling, consumables and equipment performance
- Promote lean principles and efficient ways of working
What we're looking for;
- CNC Machinist with experience setting and operating CNC machines in a similar environment
- Good standard of secondary education, ideally including GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Accountable, quick to learn, approachable and a strong team player
- Able to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
- Keen interest in new technologies, machinery and learn manufacturing concepts
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures (SOPs, WIs, STMs)
- Committed to following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in daily work
