Minimum requirements:
1. Biology, pharmacy, chemistry or related majors, PHD degree.
2. 1-2 years of quality related management or project experience.
3. Fluent in English
4. Certain communication and negotiation skills and teamwork skills
Job responsibility:
5. Participate in projects as clinical QC function leader to communicate with clients and test groups and prepare documents in a timely manner. Support CMC project team to run projects and problem solving.
6. Follow GMP requirements and have the ability to analyze data and use statistical tools proficiently to perform assay performance review
7. Establishment and development of QC statistical analysis ability and provide support as needed
8. Support the lab investigation and deviation investigation, including but not limited to quality matter tracking, quality matter review and training.
