How will you make animpact?-
Jabil is seeking a Server Platform Engineer who will directly contribute to the transformative growth within our Enterprise and Infrastructure division by applying unique and innovative approaches to solving problems of server solutions for our customers. You willbe responsible forcontributing to the end-to-end definition,developmentand customer sample validation of server and rack level solutions spanning multiple customers and manufacturing regions. You will alsobe responsible forinterfacingwith customers, sales, marketing, CTO, and product engineering teams to ensure your deliverables meet the creative solutioning andoptimalperformance expected of our customers.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to lead systems engineering/management, guiding customer solutions focusing on application, storage, and networking performance.
Own end-to-end customer escalation management, includingissuetriage, root cause analysis, supplier coordination, and critical bug resolution.
Lead maintenance release activities, including technology transitions, supply continuity, and implementation of approved design updates.
Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions, partnering closely with sales, architecture, and business unit teams.
Deliver technical presentations, training, and updates to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Expertise intoall aspects of server and storage system performance, includingraw,synthetic and application proxy workloads, performance analysis,debugand optimization from the device to the application level
Preferred Qualifications:
Hiring Range: $83,400 - $116, 800 -- $150,000 USD Annual
