This role is part of Alcon's Engineering function, a team focused on improvingquality, processes, products, packaging and materials across our business to help deliver brilliant outcomes.
The Sr. Associate, Modeling & Simulation Engineering (Science/Tech/Engineering Path), is primarily responsible for developing computational models and simulations to assess medical device performance, focusing on structural integrity, drug-device interactions, and fluid dynamics. You will contribute to virtual prototyping and refine predictive modeling techniques. Specifics include:
• Develop computational models and simulations to evaluate medical device performance, applying numerical techniques to analyze structural integrity, drug-device interactions, and fluid dynamics
• Contribute to virtual prototyping efforts and refine predictive modeling techniques to enhance product design and regulatory alignment
• Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control
• Complete all required training and meet individual job requirements, contributing to the overall compliance of the organization
