Overview PM Group are seeking an experienced QA Support to join our data center construction project team in Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities - Implement and maintain comprehensive quality assurance programs throughout all phases of data center construction activities
- Conduct regular inspections of construction work, materials, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standard
- Coordinate quality control testing protocols for critical systems including electrical infrastructure, HVAC, fire suppression, and security installations
- Document non-conformances and deficiencies, track corrective actions, and verify completion of remedial work
- Facilitate quality audits with clients, regulatory bodies, and third-party certification organizations
- Maintain detailed quality records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation for project handover requirements
- Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to establish quality standards and best practices
- Support commissioning activities and final acceptance testing of all data center systems and infrastructure
Qualifications - Minimum 5 years' experience in quality assurance roles within large-scale construction projects, preferably data centers or critical infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Belgian/European construction standards and building codes
- Experience with quality management systems and construction quality control procedures
- Fluency in English - Dutch and/or French advantageous
- Professional certifications in quality assurance or construction management
- Familiarity with data center commissioning processes and critical system testing protocols
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
