Job Responsibilities:
Serves as a senior scientist for protein product mass spectrometry characterization analysis, providing high-quality analytical services covering the entire process from discovery, development, clinical trials to commercialization. Is responsible for the development, validation, verification, and transfer of analytical methods, ensuring stable operation under research and development conditions. Guides and executes mass spectrometry analysis experiments (including protein molecular weight determination, peptide spectra, N-glycan analysis, etc.), and as a mass spectrometry characterization solution expert, deeply participates in biopharmaceutical research and development projects.
Conduct structural characterization analysis to support the process development and IND/BLA submission of therapeutic biopharmaceutical projects at all stages, including determination of protein molecular weight, peptide profiling, and N-glycan analysis, etc.
2. Independently analyze and solve difficult problems in experiments, and be adept at using literature research to assist in problem-solving and process optimization;
3. Participated in or supported the development projects of new biological drugs, was familiar with the research and development process, became the leader of the functional group in the project, and was capable of effectively communicating with internal cross-departmental teams and external clients, as well as reporting and analyzing results.
4. Supervise junior laboratory technicians to ensure that laboratory tests, data analysis, and reports comply with regulatory requirements;
5. Strictly follow the company's experimental record and archive management system, and promptly organize and archive the experimental data and records.
6. Actively participate in the daily management of the laboratory, including SOP training and revision, maintenance of equipment, and operation management;
7. Willing to work in a team, proactive in learning and willing to assist others;

Job Requirements:
Doctoral degree, with 2-6 years of industrial or research laboratory experience in the fields of analytical chemistry, proteomics or bioinformatics, and with certain research achievements;
2. Proficient in operating high-resolution LC-MS instruments (such as Q-TOF, Orbitrap, etc.), and having a solid understanding of protein characterization-related knowledge;
3. Possess professional skills in sample preparation, experimental design and execution, data analysis, summary, and report writing;
4. Possess a rigorous scientific research mindset and experimental habits, be capable of systematically designing experiments and executing them efficiently according to the plan, and have the ability to objectively analyze experimental data.
5. Be able to identify and solve problems during the experimental operation;
6. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, and be able to efficiently coordinate work within the team and across teams.
7. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (both oral and written), and the ability to proficiently search and read English literature;
8. Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology laboratory work will be given priority.
