Whatyou’lldo in this role:
The primary purpose of this position is toapply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. Ensures Integer internal and external customers’expectations are met or exceeded.
You adhereto Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
You will be proficient in specialty areas or technologies and are building advanced skills to become asubject matter expert. As a result, you maybe directed to deploy yourexpertiseacross multiple organizations and/or locations. As a result, occasional travel may berequiredin this position.

Strategy Alignmentthrough Site Hoshin Plans, the regular cadence of Sales, Inventory, andOperations’Planning (SiOP) meetings, and regular updates to thevalue streammaps.
Systems & Process Optimizationthrough adoption of principles of builtinquality, optimized scheduling & material system designs, work cell design, and total productive maintenance.
You have a strong technical and problem solving foundation, and preferably training and certifications, in a variety of problem-solving and project management methodologies such as 6-Sigma (green belt as a minimum, black belt preferred), 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa (Fish Bone), Kepner-Tregoe, PMP.
Your abilities toobserve, analyze and develop solutions to challenging technical issues result in the delivery of measurable results in areas such as productivity, technical capabilities, capacities, or other competitive differentiators.
Specialization:
Support and develop Coating process to optimize material performance and process efficiency. Lead, plan, and coordinate detailed phases of process characterization activities to include new products with unique attribute requirements. Create validation protocols and process development through statistical modeling and experimentation where required. Experience with material analytics and equivalency studies and prior knowledge of material surface preparation, a distinct advantage. Medical or other coatings experience including spray, dip, and continuous reel to reel coating processes.
