Job Description
This position provides administrative support to the SGS Pharma Quality Assurance Department. The incumbent must be capable of multi-tasking to meet the departmental needs of working with laboratory team, clients and legal on a regular basis. This position operates under limited supervision. Follow Training SOP for training and training records.
- Collect daily Analytical data releases from the release bin.
- Sort and compile data Analytical Data for scanning.
- Execute and manage the scanning and cataloguing of all archives on Intact.
- Mail document to clients or upload Analytical documents to client’s portal by PDF as per their Quality Agreements.
- Maintain hard copy archives if needed.
- Process incoming mail
- Maintain Client mail listing
- Provide Reception coverage as needed
- Communicate in a timely manner on all levels with information that is needed to make appropriate decisions and actions
- Maintain Record Retrieval Log
- Maintain Training Records.
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery and arrangements for anymaintenance and repairs
- Provide mutual back-up support to other administrative staff as required
- Provide training to others when delegated.
- Manages the laboratory work books and quality records (QR) by issuing, ordering and archiving documents (internal or external storage) in a timely manner
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- A B.Sc. in Chemistry, microbiology or related fields
- Experience minimum over one year in Quality Assurance (QA collage certification may be considered acceptable in lieu of QA experience) role.
- Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with others & independently.
- Prior technical experience in a chemistry/ microbiology/biopharmaceutical related role would be preferred.

Salary: $23.00 - $24.00/Hour
