Your Role:
In this role you will manufacture or evaluate products according to established protocols, provide technical support to others, and perform operations in group and department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Safely perform operations to meet quality expectations.
- Ensure quality throughout the process.
- Complete the volume of work required to achieve group/departmental goals and meet deadlines.
- Participate as needed in quality audits.
- In compliance with change control procedures, improve processes through application of scientific knowledge, experience, and principles.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Physical Attributes:
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment such as hard hats, glasses/goggles, etc.
- Sit, stand, walk, and reach above the shoulder, stop, kneel, twist, crouch, or crawl for the duration of the shift.
- Lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other Life Science discipline.
- 3+ years of chemical production experience.
- 3+ years of distillation and solvent separation experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with distillations and separation of solvents.
- Experience with ISO Quality standards and safe chemical handling methods.
- Strong computer skills, mechanical skills, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Pay Range for this position: $74,500 - $122,200
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
