We are recruiting for Production Technicians to join our compounding team in Thetford. You will be manufacturing life saving products such as nutrition, chemotherapy and antibiotics that is sent directly to patients in their homes and hospitals all over the world.
This role is working in a cleanroom environment therefore you must be comfortable wearing PPE.
We work rotational shifts; Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 13:00-21:00 and at busy times we do work overtime. We offer a competitive salary of £25,600 and a weekly shift allowance of £45.35.
What will you be doing?
- To manufacture live saving products in accordance to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- To perform routine quality checks on the product as part of the manufacturing process
- To correctly record detailed data on batch paperwork and quality documents following Good Documentation Practices at all times
- To perform and record all cleaning for the equipment and areas of work as and when required as defined in the relevant SOP’s
- To notify Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager/Quality assurance of any deviations from the process and take part in correcting mistakes under the guidance of your Team Leader and Quality department
Experience required
We are looking for candidates who bring previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. You’ll be comfortable working with processes, following detailed instructions, and contributing to a high‑quality, safety‑focused operation. If you’ve worked in food, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or another regulated production setting, even better.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar hands‑on operational role
- A strong focus on quality, safety, and accuracy
- The ability to follow standard operating procedures and work as part of a team
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
- Able to communicate effectively and respectively
