Title: Associate Scientist, Analytical Sciences

Job Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated professional to fill the role of Associate Scientist in our AS department at New Jersey site. The successful candidate will provide analytical support for iCMC and standalone projects for a wide variety of biological modalities, including but not limited to vaccine, ADC, RNA, and antibodies. The position involves close collaborations with internal teams to ensure timely project deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine testing for ELISA-based assays, PCR-based assays, and cell-based assays.
- Support analytical method transfer, development, optimization, and assessment.
- Generate, analyze, and document data with accuracy and compliance to quality standards.
- Support daily lab operation activities, including but not limited to lab equipment cleaning, lab maintenance, EHS responsibilities, inventory, procurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results within project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with qPCR, ELISA, and mammalian cell culture is perfered.
- Knowledge on programming software is preferred.
- Strong data analysis, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience in with qPCR, ELISA, and mammalian cell culture is preferred.
- Knowledge in PCR and ELISA assay principles.
- Understanding of antibody and protein structural characteristics
- Ability to adapt to fast-pace working environment
- Ability to adapt to shift in responsibilities.
- Good communication and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Anticipated salary range for this position is $49,700-$79,500
