Job Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute experiments with minimal supervision , with focus on cell-based assays, ELISA, or enzyme activity and cell line engineering/construction.
· Analyze experimental data independently with high quality, efficiency and productivity with cGMP compliance;
· Communicate with supervisor and collaborate with coworkers in developing potency methods, data analysis, routine testing and troubleshooting.
-Communicate with external and internal client on method design, data interpretation and troubleshooting
· Play active roles in preparing scientific writing and documents (e.g. SOPs, transfer reports, assay evaluation/development and qualification reports)
-contribute to establishment or optimization of technology platform(s) and digitalization of research process
-act as tech leader in projects and cross function team
Basic Qualifications:
· Ph.D. in pharmaceutical, biology, Cell biology, immunology or a related field.
· Knowledge in biochemistry, immunology, virology, cell biology and/or bio-pharmacy.
· Previous mammalian cell culture experience is required
· Detail-oriented and quality-driven
· Prior experience with antibody, bi-specific and fusion protein analysis is preferred.
· Prior hands-on experiences in cell-based assays /ELISA/enzyme activity desirable.
· Highly motivated to embrace new technologies and tools.
· Good communication skills including writing and presentation in English are preferred.
