· Previous experience of working in laboratory environments with experience in laboratory techniques (e.g. HPLC, GC, UV, dissolution, TLC, titration, FTIR, Particle size).
· With an interest in science, you’ll have an analytical mind, a good level of numeracy and literacy and the ability to use data and reports to help inform decisions.
· Well organised, you manage your own work area and workload to meet deadlines and are flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
· With strong communication skills, you work well in teams and can navigate cultural differences with ease.
· Taking a methodical approach to your work, you follow instructions and rules closely, appreciate the need to work safely and have a high attention to detail.
· As a proactive individual, you’re keen to learn, always arrive with potential solutions and enjoy thinking creatively where problem solving is involved.
· A-level qualifications (or equivalent) in a STEM subject (preferably science or Chemistry) is essential for this role, however significant relevant experience would also be considered.
