Quality Operations Specialist

About the job:
As a Quality Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to deviations and complaints, preparing investigation reports that include risk assessments and causes of non-compliance, and initiating and implementing CAPA measures. You will also provide training to employees on new processes and procedures, as well as support inspection preparation and participation.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and initiate GMP-relevant deviations from validated production processes.
- Coordinate investigations of deviations and complaints, prepare investigation reports with risk assessments, and propose corrective and preventive measures (CAPA).
- Define and prescribe CAPA measures, including responsibilities and timelines, in collaboration with specialists.
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of CAPA measures.
- Provide GMP support on the shop floor through employee training and education.
Qualifications:
- University degree in a relevant field such as Technology, Pharmacy, or Chemistry.
- G ood communication skills
- Fluent in English (orally and in writing)
- Preferable experience in manufacturing, QC (Quality Control), or QA (Quality Assurance) processes. Organizational skills, proactivity, and team orientation.
