To support the performance of our industrial footprint, Ethypharm Group is looking for its « Group Manufacturing Controlling Director ».
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will have a key role with a strong strategic impact, working closely with the Executive Committee and our Plant Directors at the core of the management of the Group's industrial performance.
You will play a leadership role in a demanding and stimulating international environment, managing a multicultural team.
This position is located in our headquarters in Saint-Cloud with regular travels to our industrial plants.
Your Missions:
- Harmonise industrial management control methods and processes across our affiliates.
- Manage the Group's industrial performance and analyse cost/standard variations.
- Lead industrial budget cycles and participate in the development of business plans.
- Evaluate industrial projects and CAPEX from an economic perspective.
- Improve the reliability and development of management tools (ERP, BI, automated reporting).
- Manage and support a team of industrial management controllers
- Ensures cross-functional coordination between Finance, Production, Supply Chain and Purchasing departments.
Your professional profile:
- Master’s degree (Business School) with 10+ years’ experience in industrial management controlling across international manufacturing groups in the pharmaceutical, agri-food, chemical and cosmetics industries
- Strong expertise in accounting data and knowledge of IFRS, ERP/MRP (SAP, Sage X3) standards
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Leadership: ability to influence, convince and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and business partnering skills
- Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
