Job Description
General Description: The Reliability Lab Technician position is responsible for performing a variety of lab testing and documentation activities, including preparing test setups, conducting tests, recording results, and generating reports. This role also supports day-to-day lab operations such as equipment maintenance, calibration, safety compliance, and organization of tools and materials. Additional duties include researching and sourcing parts, coordinating equipment moves, and maintaining accurate records in systems such as RTP and EZ Office.
- Starting compensation is based on experience.

- Must Already be in Mountain View, CA or willing to relocate at own cost
Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Conduct testing and log results
• Prepare setups for testing
• Capture testing results and all required information
• Generate reports and document processes/procedures
• Support overall lab management needs, including maintenance, calibration, and safety in the lab; organize and research parts/tools, obtain quotes, move equipment, etc.
• Maintain up-to-date records in RTP and EZ Office
Qualifications
Work Experience Requirements:
• Follow and execute established reliability test procedures and perform various environmental, mechanical, and certification testing
• Photographic documentation of test setup and results
• Set up and run test equipment
• Record, analyze, and report test results using spreadsheets, charts, and slides
• Operate thermal chambers for temperature and humidity testing
• Provide timely updates on testing progress
• Responsible for several tests and products throughout the development life cycle
• Responsible for the safe operation of test setups
• Responsible for proper use of lab equipment (only ones they've been trained to use)
Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in related engineering major (EE, CE, etc.)
