Job Description
We are a global legal team supporting Contracts, Data Digital & Technology, Oncology, PDT, R&D, and Vaccines.Each area supports clients within Takeda Globally on diverse legal matters providing the right legal support and answers for each clients legal needs. The SBUs and R&D Legal Team also supports Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the Global General Counsel providing seminars on topics of International Women’s Day, Pride Month, Sponsorships to diverse organizations, just to name a few.
The Legal Intern will be assisting all lawyers in the SBUs and R&D Legal team with specific projects pertaining to: R&D, Vaccines, Oncology, Plasma Derived Therapies, Legal Contracts, Data, Digital & Technology. Tasks may include review and editing of contracts such as SOW’s and CDA’s; review of competitor web sites, review Lexis or Westlaw for recent litigation vs competitors so we can evaluate our own processes; legal research using Westlaw; AI Research - researching any guidance documents, draft legislation, policies, etc. on artificial intelligence; clinical trial research.
