You will be a key contributor to maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards across our manufacturing and R&D facilities. This will inv

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for equipment and system qualifica - tions.Define strategy and necessary qualification documentation for new pro
- jects.Support implementation of digitalization projects with a focus on paperless qualific
- ation.Drive continuous improvement of internal qualification processes (risked based appr
- oach).Ensure proper lifecycle management through evaluation of deviations, planned changes, and decommissioning activ
- ities.Support in internal and external inspec
tions.

Practical experience in equipment qualification, room qualification, and risk-based quali - fication.Hands-on experience in commissioning and qualification with a strong emphasis on risk-based approaches (Kneat qualificati
- on tool).Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or eq
- uivalent.Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment with knowledge of regulatory qualification requirements for equipment, systems, and cleanroom te
- chnology.Strong sense of quality and respon
- sibility.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively i
- n a team.Fluent in German and good command of English (written and
- spoken).Proficient in MS Office and strong I
T skills
