Join a team that’s transforming cancer care through radioligand therapy (RLT)—a cutting-edge approach delivering targeted radiation directly to cancer cells. As a Computational Biologist/Expert I in Data Science, you’ll help translate complex molecular data into real-world breakthroughs, driving target identification, drug development, and biomarker discovery. Your insights will shape the future of oncology, contributing to therapies that could impact millions of lives globally.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of biologists, chemists, and data scientists to support drug discovery efforts focused on novel cell surface targets for radioligand therapy.
Analyze and interpret high-dimensional biological data, such as NGS, spatial transcriptomics, and high-throughput screens, to inform experimental design and target selection.
Apply bioinformatics and machine learning techniques to enable identification of therapeutic targets, biomarkers, and mechanisms of action relevant to RLT.
Mine and integrate diverse datasets, including public repositories and real-world clinical data, to generate actionable insights.
Develop and refine analytical workflows and visualization tools to support emerging technologies and communicate complex findings effectively.
Present key findings to diverse scientific audiences, contributing to collaborative decision-making and project advancement.
Essential Requirements
M.Sc. in bioinformatics, computer science or related field, with two years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Python or R for bioinformatics applications; experience with UNIX/Linux environments.
Demonstrated expertise in processing and visualizing complex multidimensional omics datasets, encompassing transcriptomics and single-cell data.
Familiarity with version control and reproducible workflow practices. Knowledge of cancer genomics, proteomics or immuno-oncology is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. Fluency in English (oral and written)
