Summary:
This incumbent will help strength current technology platform, provide technical support to lyophilization related projects, and apply new technologies such as spray-drying, spray freeze drying and dual-chamber cartridge/syringe to projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Strong Sciences and Technology Background
- Understand lyophilization sciences and its applications.
- Understand lyophilization cycle optimization, scale-up, tech transfer and modeling
- Trouble-shooting for cake shrinking, fogging, cracking, etc.
- Understand and explore new technologies such as spray drying, spray freeze drying， LNP lyo and dual-chamber cartridge/syringe.
2. Project Management
- Oversee the lifecycle of project development, from initial planning to post-implementation support.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as SME for lyophilization related matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and other relevant parties.
- Provide training and support to lyophilization manufacturing, ensuring they are proficient in its use.
Education: PhD or master
Experience: 8+ years in formulation development for master degree or 3+ years for Ph.D

- Pharmaceutical sciences especially in formulation and process development
- Lyophilization/spray drying
- Project management
- Strong English communication skill
