Project Engineer - Ireland, Waterford - 12 Month Contract Would you like the opportunity to work alongside a global healthcare product manufacturer who are the leaders in the production of over-the-counter medicines? Our client, responsible for the development of a number of key and revolutionary products and with a thriving global presence is recruiting for a Project Engineer to join their new project.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for delivering various process/equipment upgrade projects from requirements to handover.
- Responsible for managing all EHS requirements through the full life cycle of the project
- Develop User Requirements for systems by engaging with the site operations, EHS, maintenance, utilities, technical and quality teams ensuring that the proposed solutions are acceptable.
- Undertake Design Reviews and Risk Assessments during design phase of the projects
- Understand the core fundamental issues and develop mitigation plans for all project issues identified.
Required skills:
- Primary Degree in Mechanical / Process / Chemical / Electrical Engineering
- Project Experience with knowledge and exposure to Process Plant, Utilities, Electrical, Maintenance & Facilities systems and ideally within a highly regulated GMP environment
- Understanding of Project Life Cycle and adherence to stage gate process within
- Development of User Requirement Specifications and High-Level Scope documentation
